Dionaea "Slack's Giant"
Comments: Graham Sadd writes that "G16" = "Slack`s Giant", and further, the original "South West Giant" was the same "Slack`s Giant" clone. However, for a number of reasons the same clone is now circulating under at least 3 names ["G16", "Slack`s Giant", "South West Giant"]. But to make matters worse, there also are several different clones circulating under the same name ["South West Giant"]. Further, "Slack`s Giant" has the curious habit of consistently producing either a tight rosette, or the longest petioles of any clone, for different growers, for no discernable reason.
